It's not looking very promising for new help at the office. I hope tomorrow will bring someone wonderful. With this new help will also come a drop in income due to training and not having as busy a schedule. Things will be tight, at least for a month.
Good thing that I was able to save all of my pay this week and hopefully next week.
Yesterday, I divided up the 5lbs of chop meat into...meatballs, taco filling, hamburgers and Gyro meat. I put everything into the frezzer when it cooled. Now I will have dinner on hand for a few nights.
I also accomplihed a few things in the back yard. Mowing, poop patrol, fertilizing and weed control. It still looks like it needs a lot of fixing up but it is a little cold today so I will focus my cleanning on the indoor stuff.
Looking to Tomorrow

1 lb. lean ground beef
1+ 1/2 tsp. dried Oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
Mix the ingredients well. Shape into 4 patties. Grill, bake or fry them up. After cooking, slice the patties and place the meat into the pita bread. Add tomatoes, lettuce and onions. If you like yogurt sauce, get 1 8oz container of plain yogurt add some chopped seedless cucumber, chopped onion and some minced garlic add 1tsp. of sugar and mix together. As I said earlier it tastes pretty good but nothing beats the real thing. I hope you enjoy the recipe.
